A bit of random artsy-fartsyness from the playground yesterday.
Took the boys to a Harlem Globetrotters game Friday night. They’ve been to a basketball game before, but the whole “comedy” aspect of the Globetrotters was a bit confusing for them. They ended up enjoying it in the end, though. Almost as much as the cotton candy.
(Oops! Forgot to post this one on time!)
Went to the Blush Ball Saturday night, a benefit put on by a local dancing troupe for ladies over 30. Only in New Orleans?
I was excited that I successfully put on fake eyelashes. Fun!
Taking a break from TOTD to post a picture of Linus from last night’s (freezing) baseball game.
The tongue kills me.
And today’s Triplet of the Day is…?
(Yesterday was easy, and yes, everyone guessed Linus. So why does anyone call him by the wrong name? Hmm.)
Let’s play “Guess the Triplet” for the next few days. I’m going to start with an easy one.
(Written by my friend Zandy, who recommended I apply for my job back in August, and to whom I owe a huge debt of gratitude.)
Teeth-brushing time! Linus here has TWO loose teeth now, so I’d better start saving up!
This picture looks creepier than it should. Miles was just playing around with the Christmas wreath that I just (ahem) took down.
Not a head on a platter or anything.
Maybe I should have stuck to the (strangely hilarious) video of one of our ill-fated rocket launches yesterday.
While I had an unforgettable trip to San Francisco to finally meet some of my new colleagues in person, it was great to see these silly goofballs again.
(For a better description of my week than I could ever give, check out my buddy Stephen’s blog post about it.)
Burrito Friday is a thing at Automattic, and this is purported to be one of the best burrito places in San Francisco. I don’t know about that, but my carne asada burrito was damn good.
