Try to get a nice picture of your husband with his sons, and what does he do? Yeah. I got back at him, though, by cutting off his feet.

We went to a crawfish boil, and the boys (and their friend Millie) were having fights with crawfish carcasses. I guess you have to be from Louisiana to understand.

Two of them also ATE crawfish, which made me very happy.

Poor Miles had a double ear infection this week, and this ear hurt more. He insisted on a band-aid. Hey, it may be psychological, but it seemed to help!

The boys FINALLY know how to ride their tricycles! And so, a mere eighteen months after getting them, they’re actually getting some use. I just wish we had a bigger driveway.

What a beautiful blob. Mmm. I stayed home from work today due to a case of strep throat (one which caused my doctor to exclaim, "wow! impressive!" when she looked at my throat yesterday) so decided to do a little baking. Several years ago (pre-kids, obviously) I decided to learn how to make yeast breads and not to be scared of them. I just don’t have much time for it anymore.

Anyway, this gorgeous lump of dough turned into this gorgeous white pizza. What a fantastic lunch!

I got an iPad for work, and put a very simple "bubbles" app on it for the boys. It keeps them occupied for MINUTES! Minutes and minutes! Love it. Ha.

Today was marked a year since my friend Tiffany lost her sweet boy, JW. To honor the memory of this sweet boy, a bunch of us dressed our kids in blue today. We were also supposed to blow bubbles like last year, but I couldn’t find any, so we drew pictures for JW instead. 🙂

How much do you love that grin? That peanut butter and jelly filled grin? I love it a lot.
