Grandee and I took the boys to Chuck E Cheese to use up a bunch of tokens I had left over from a birthday party three years ago. At that point, the boys were terrified by the noise and lights and giant costumed mouse. This time, they were obsessed with this racing game, and have not stopped talking about going back to "Chicky Cheese."

Oof.

I ran a 5K! The whole dang thing! Let me translate this.
– It’s blurry because I had to run and photograph at the same time.
– It only says 3.09 because as soon as it hits the end of the work out (3.10 in this case), it resets back to zero.
– I didn’t actually do it in 27:50. I wish! The treadmill counts back from 60 minutes, so it really took me 32:10. But that’s still faster than I’ve ever done it!
– 5.7 mph was my average speed – that’s a 10:20 mile!

Yet another exciting photo of my new office. I just moved down the hall, but the view is so much better. Hello Superdome! Now I just need to get that annoying film off the windows so I can have a clear view.

A friend built a TARDIS for the owner of the pub. George was so excited to get a picture of the boys inside of it. (But it had no roof, and it was raining, so they weren’t quite as thrilled.)

Pretty much the cutest thing on Earth. A bunch of four year olds performing in too-big costumes. Mama was a big ol’ pile of mush.

The boys had their last swimming lesson, and I’m so happy with how much more comfortable they are in the water now. Funny, though…until these lessons, Oliver was a little fish and Miles and Linus would barely put their toes in. Now it’s the opposite.
