Wish List Wednesday

This week’s Wish List Wednesday is going to be devoted to the boys. After all, they have their birthdays and Christmas coming up, and a question I’m getting a lot is “what do they want/need?”

Peapod Plus

The boys are starting to outgrow their Pack n Plays, and they’re going to need something to keep them contained when they’re spending the night away from home.  These come highly recommended. And don’t they look fun? Like camping! (Yeah, because you know me. I loooove camping!)

Elmo
We need some new Elmo videos. I am so sick of watching the same ones over and over and over and over again. And over.
Sesame Street: Elmo’s Animal Adventures

Sesame Street: Bedtime With Elmo

Sesame Street: Elmo & Friends – Tales of Adventure

Corrors (aka “colors”, “drawing”)

Doodle Pro
I got the boys one of these at a neighborhood toy swap last weekend, and now they fight over it. Time for two more!

Art supplies…but only washable!
Crayola Washable Crayons

Crayola® Washable Fingerpaint

They’re also starting to show some interest in trains, but sadly, we don’t have room for a train table. Maybe when they’re older…

This looks fun, doesn’t it? The boys LOVE taking medicine. I like to think they’ll be doctors one day. At least one of them. Surely the odds are pretty good, right? Heh.
Fisher-Price Medical Kit

Well, that’s enough wishing for this week. Next week, it’s gonna be Mama’s wish list!

We have Bedtime With Elmo but I think Annabel is still a bit too young for it because one part discusses all the things that scare kids at bedtime and presently NOTHING scares Annabel at bedtime and I’d like to keep it that way for a while. Goodness knows I was/am a scaredycat and I don’t want to turn Annabel into one. Not trying to warn you away from it (we’ll watch it when she’s older) just don’t want you to turn it on, start cooking or cleaning or something and then discover the scary part. (yeah, I don’t prescreen especially when I assume it’s aimed at the 2-4 set )

I agree, the PeaPods are SO cool! I’ve always wanted to get those for the boys, but seeing as they’ve only been away from home once I didn’t see the need 😦

Did you know, crayon comes right off with the mr clean magic eraser? The girls went to town on our walls and wood floor, dinner table, and their potty. The Magic Eraser took it all off.

We have the FP doctor set. We got it when our son was a toddler. Now, the girlies LOVE it. They practically fight over it (okay, multiples fight over any toy 😛 ). Definitely worth getting.

The other cool toy they like is this doctor kit – http://www.amazon.com/Hasbro-Playskool-Silly-Sounds-Checkup/dp/B000H0UJ2C It has interchangable doctor tools and makes lots of sounds/noises. Again, from our son and the girlies fight over this one too – Ha!
