Don’t ever order from Soap.com or their sister site, Diapers.com. They are a bunch of idiots.
I ordered from Diapers.com several times when the boys were younger. They sent me a coupon code to order from their new site, Soap.com. So I ordered some stuff, and as usual, opted to have it shipped to my office.
They “held” my order because of fraudulent activity at my address (they led me to believe it was my work address) and wanted a copy of my utility bill. No thank you. I cancelled the order.
They tried to lure me back with a $25 credit, so I reordered, this time using my home address.
Guess what? They’re “holding” my order again, and now they want my home utility bill.
In my ten plus years of ordering online, I have never had this come up. NEVER. Sure, they have friendly customer service reps, but all they do is spout the same line over and over and over again. “I do apologize, but…”
NO BUT. Just send me what I ordered. Legitimately.

I have ordered a few times from diapers.com and shipped to my work address. no problems whatsoever. I even ordered a carseat and was able to use a code I found a week later. I just called and they credited me back the $10. I love diapers.com. sorry this happened it sounds out of character in my experience.

yeah, a week ago i would have said the same thing…i always had great things to say about them too….and then this happened. just be warned your next order might go like mine did.

I was leary…I got a discount coupon via email.Glad to know a head of time. I like Alice.com They are great! I ordered, and it did not arrive, so I called…they reshipped my entire order no questions asked! Love Alice…got to be careful, sometimes local sales beat their prices, but it is rare. I love the fact that I order, and it gets to me in 3 days…whew, better than trucking off to wal-whatever, and I do not have to get the kiddos out! I am all for that!

sorry to hear this…i’ve used diapers.com since the twins were born because it is convenient for me..they have made a mistake once and they more than corrected it for me…so sometimes i do think that they are great…but of course that does not mean that you could not have had a bad experience…again, what a headache for you…not good!
