I cannot even believe I’m going to enter this, but it is a testament to the sasquatch gene that somebody in the gene pool donated to the one girl of my family. Thank GOD I’m not the only one who worries about this stuff-and who has tried everything to no avail.
Wait, I’ve got to actual respond about my beauty routine, right? First, routine is by far an exaggeration. In all honesty, outside of making deals with God for me to wake up with no body hair (outside of my head and eyelashes/brows)), I try to do as little to my face and body as possible. Ensuring daily hygeine of course! But I keep away from chemicals (go Pam with your paraben free resolution!) and am very deliberate in the little make-up I purchase, moisturize with an SPF organic cream (when I remember), and try to honor the cracks and fissures that are naturally revealing themselves with age and sleep deprivation. I am not convinced it reveals inner beauty, but my attempt is to avoid projecting artificial beauty. Basically, I’m trying to channel Christy Turlington. 🙂
My beauty routine helps me express my inner beauty by making me feel better about myself. When I take the time to follow through I feel better and therefore am much more pleasent to be around 😀
In order to show your inner beauty, you’ve got to let the real you shine through. In terms of my makeup routine, I avoid heavy makeup that hide my natural features. Instead, I go for a tinted moisturizer with SPF (I love Aveeno Positively Radiant), rosy blush, groomed brows, & highlighter—makes my skin glow! eileendovr@gmail.com
I love a fresh dewy look but clogged pores and dead flaky skin cells are a no-no. So I use microdermabrasion weekly along with monthly chemical peels to keep my skin baby-bottom smooth.
to express my inner beauty, i try to keep my face free and clear by tackling from the outside and inside. i take a skin hair and nails vitamin along with my daily regimen which i want to try to use olay
I have been waxing my legs and bikini area for nearly 15 years now. I have not put a razor to my legs or bikini area in a LONG time. It’s so much easier to get a wax and be set for weeks than to deal with daily shaving. I also get my brows, chin and lip waxed pretty regularly. But ever since I started using Retin-A on my face, I can no longer wax my chin or lip .. I didn’t know these two don’t combine until I tried it and the result was a torn off chin that turned into a caked up mess that foundation/powder could not conceal .. anyhow.. moving on …. I have been using various hair removal creams for my lip and a tweezer to my chin because it’s out of control and cream doesn’t cut it on my chin. I would love to try the new Olay product on my lip. Men have it so darn easy! Uggh. If I don’t wax and pluck and cream regularly, I can easily be mistaken for Chewbacca’s sister!
I’ve been an Olay user for years – Original Moisturizer on my face and neck every morning after a shower, and again on my dry spots on my face at night (cheeks and forehead, usually) – after cleaning with Olay cleansing cloths (which I cut in half because they’re not cheap but they are generously sized, and 1/2 is just right for me). I have a few stubborn hairs on my upper lip that I have to remember to pluck once a month (or else my sister and husband point it out) – but other than that, my beauty routine is simple!
Great to know it works so well. I’m gonna have to try this product!
Simplicity inspires my inner beauty. I try to keep my beauty routine to very basic steps and it works well. I don’t feel overwhelm and I’m able to keep them consistence. Keeping a simple live style really reflect my inner beauty.
I can’t really say that I have much of a beauty routine anymore. I wake up, take a rushed shower and throw on clothes all within 15 minutes during the week. On the weekends when/if I have the time, I love to do a full body scrub in the shower. My skin always feel refreshed and smooth when I mosturize after.
Having 2 year old quads the only thing I really have time for is to wash and moisturize. I have never tried Oil of Olay but I may have to give it a shot!
My beauty routine is quite simple. I avoid complicated process and am all for multi-purposed products. One bottle of moisturizer/cream does it all. Less is more helps me express my inner beauty.

My beauty regimen has definitely become scarce since having the triplets. Now, as long as I’ve got lipgloss and mascara I feel decent, especially with a dose of lotion!

Beauty routine? I should probably get one of those. I’m lucky if I remember to put on eye liner and/or mascara.
I’m going to have to try this stuff. I, too, was born with the sasquatch gene.
