Ten miles this morning with Peggy and Emily, and it was hot. Ugh. Got started at 6:30 or so, and by 8, we were dying. But we finished our ten miles, even if we walked much of the last four. Then we went to Krispy Kreme and had two doughnuts and milk. Mmmmm! I’m going to attempt to not take a nap today, see how long I last. I need to go out and buy a newspaper. I hope I don’t fall asleep at the wheel.

Last night, George and I went to Chris & Rebecca’s for dinner. It was nice. Teresa and Joe and Candace were there. I only wish I could have partaken in more of the appletinis and watermelon margaritas. Ah well.
