Yay, lost 1.4 more pounds this week! Dunno how, either, after my honey nut cheerio binge last night. And melba toast and light garden vegetable philadelphia cream cheese and healthy choice ice cream. (Only small tastes of each, maybe “binge” is a strong choice of words.) Speaking of Healthy Choice ice cream, is it meant to taste like it’s full of sand, or did I get a bad batch? I got the cookies ‘n’ cream flavor, which would’ve been yummy, I think, were it not for the repellent texture. I hope that I will find that it was just sandy on top. Or even if I just got a bad batch I’d be okay with that, but now I have a whole half gallon of it in my freezer, taunting me with its inedible sandiness. (Thankfully, I got it for $1.50, thanks to a sale and the magic of TRIPLE coupons!)
Tonight I’m off to dinner at a fancy restaurant with work people (free!), I challenge anyone to find something low in points on their menu! Gaa! And then Saturday is the party, and all of the chips and dip, finger sandwiches, and sausage balls that it entails. And Monday is dinner at my favorite restaurant in this city of yummy restaurants. And in between? Bridal shower, George’s birthday, and well, isn’t that enough? So many challenges…I’ll be happy just to maintain this week.
