I started writing these posts, and it was a lot harder than I expected it to be. To be honest, it’s disheartening a little that I can’t easily list the differences between my children. Can other parents of multiples relate to this? Particularly identicals?
This should come as no surprise, but each of my boys is different. They may look the same and share the same DNA, but they have their own quirks, habits, and talents. I thought I’d highlight them in their own posts. And I’m starting with my firstborn, Linus.
Linus…born on December 4, 2007 at 6:54 am. He was labeled Baby B early on, but soon nudged Baby A out of position and therefore ended up being pulled out first, and becoming Baby A himself. Weighed 4 lbs, 10 oz and was 17 inches long.
Things Linus likes: Buzz Lightyear, putting his own clothes on, his binky, Mickey Mouse.
Things Linus does not like: yogurt, getting his nightly breathing treatment, dirty hands.
How does Linus look different? He has a rounder face than the other two, and his hair parts of the opposite side.

People always ask me how my kids are different and I always have trouble answering… they trade their differences back and forth if that makes any sense.. one day Ada will be the aggressive one and the next she is letting Margot run the show.. I have the hardest time really putting my finger on specific things about them individually because every time I do it.. they prove me wrong by swapping personalities for the day or something.. you are not alone 🙂

Yes! My girls are identical as well and it can be so difficult to describe their differences. Plus, I hate assigning personalities. Yes, Caden is generally quieter than Delaney, but I don’t want her to be pegged as the quiet one you know?
