This picture may not seem very exciting to you, but consider this…in it are 27 pairs of pants, 15 shirts, and 2 winter coats…all purchased this weekend for $2.99 each. (Okay, the jackets were $9.99 each.)

Thank you Children’s Place for outfitting my children for next winter for practically NOTHING!

      It was at an outlet mall, but it wasn’t an outlet. It was a bigger store than usual. When I went to the mall store, they said they’d sent most of their clearance stuff to the outlet mall store. So if there’s a larger store in your area, check that one.

    I so want to do this, but don’t know what size to get. My boys are 27 months old, still in diapers, and wear 2T tops (really could do 3T) and 24 month bottoms. In the past, I would have gone up two sizes for a year later,but don’t want to get stuck with stuff they can’t wear. I hear the pant size goes down when out of diapers (we better be out of diapers next winter). Just curious how you do your clothes size shopping for future seasons. I love outlets and sales!

      Really, I just guess. So far we’ve been lucky. My main concern now is that the pants I got won’t fit (too big) but TCP pants have adjustable waists for the most part, and then I can always roll them up.
