    My Favorite lifestyle tip, is to just keep moving. Don’t sit in one place for too long. Park further away and walk if its safe. Take the stairs, if they’re sanity. lol*

    My favorite healthy lifestyle tip is to find the time to exercise daily. Not only does it help with weight control, it tones your body and helps your spirit.

    In order to try and live a healthier lifestyle, I have been a vegetarian for over 11 years, I try to only buy organic and natural foods, and I avoid household cleaners and body products that contain chemicals.

    Good luck! I just make sure to drink lots of water and since we are blessed enough to live in an area where you can be outdoors all year, I take walks at night. For a while I would bike on Sunday mornings, but I kind of stopped doing it, but I plan on starting again.

    My tip is to eliminate diet drinks (especially soda!). I stick to plain water, or occasionally some decaf iced tea with stevia.

    I’d say substitute junk food as much as possible. Getting used to eating something else even if it’s only slightly healthier will make a difference in the long run!
