A banner day! The first Honeycrisp! Sadly, it wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, but I know they’ll get better as the season goes on. This is the first of MANY. (Except I have to find them somewhere cheaper that $3.79 a pound. Yes, you read that right. $#@!#$%&!)

I live in Michigan and we don’t have any apples this year 😦 There is a shortage due to the early spring and then frost we had. So sad no honeycrisp this year.
