This is big – the boys are reading! I mean, we’re not talking Harry Potter books yet, but on a whim, I got a set of Bob books at Costco the other day and Linus and Oliver basically confirmed that they just needed a tiny nudge to get reading. I think they’ve been on the brink for a while, but I hadn’t really tested it to see.

Miles wasn’t as interested right away, but by Tuesday night, he was reading away as well. So fun! They are so proud of themselves, and so excited, I love it. It makes me so happy!

Speaking of blog posts – my friend Rachel is getting a lot of attention (an article by the Today Show!) for a blog series on playing with your kids (called 28 Days of Play).
