I used to LOVE doing sparklers as a child. We have bans in our area now so we can’t do them. I am pretty sure our children would be scared of them since they are now four years-old. anyway (though my husband and I would love them!) Thanks for ‘sparking’ the memories and Happy New Year.
Technically, we’re not supposed to use sparklers or fireworks in our parish (county) either, but it’s not really enforced. The boys, even at 7, were pretty frightened of them. Which is fine with me!
