How did you cook that? You gotta roast those things. Mmmmm, roasted Brussels sprouts.
I *love* the photo story on this one! Our 4yo boy is anti-adventurous especially with veggies. He will “struggle” to even get it on his fork, often ending with “I’m just too tired to push it into the (broccoli, sprout, carrot, turnip)” and followed with, “mom, can you do it? I don’t think it even wants to be eaten”. SIGH.
It’s only in the last couple of years that it would have even made it on to the fork, so progress!!!
