Ya gotta get creative when you don’t see the kids during daylight hours and your husband gets driven crazy by the flash. So I pulled out the tripod and played with long exposures. Just for fun.

That’s Linus being calm, Miles in the middle, and Oliver being a total nutcase.

Truckfuls of snow were brought to City Park today, and we took the boys to play in it. They were wary at first, but soon got into the snowball-throwing spirit. Here’s Oliver getting pelted by one.

Ha! Finally got them to wear the Santa hats I got for Christmas pictures. Better late than never. Maybe I can get them to wear them on Christmas Eve. We’ll see.

Three years ago today, this little guy came home from the hospital. And he took up about half of that changing table. Awww!

Miles and his sweet eyelashes opening a window on his Advent calendar. I like the way the tree lights look, really that’s why I picked this shot.

Kind of a picture of the boys…I finally hung the portraits we had taken back in October. And look! Our mantle, all decorated for Christmas. And Lysol.

Here’s our 2010 Santa pic. Same Santa as last year, but this time we kicked him out of his chair, since the boys wouldn’t go near him.

We were at my mom’s house and I came across a binky. Ack! Fortunately, Linus was only interested in it from an academic standpoint. Neither he nor Miles tried to put it in their mouth. Phwew!

(And that’s candy cane all over his mouth, he didn’t just eat a raw steak or anything.)
